Design:

Signtek LED panels are uniquely designed to be mounted directly on any sign pylon / cabinet face. No clear protective screen is required for Signtek LED panels. This allows long-term bright visibility and ease of maintenance.

Other panels available in market require a clear protective screen and added structural components to hold LED panel which adds to structural, material and labor cost. Due to dust and weather protective screen dulls within few months effecting the visibility of LEDs.

Advantages of Signtek design:

• Easy installation and light weight construction. Can be screwed directly on pylon sign face. Does not require any structural reinforcement to support PCU weight.
• Modular design. PCU is designed in small segments which are assembled to form complete PCU.
• Easy maintenance. All components of PCU including controller motherboard are mounted on supporting backplate and can be accessed easily and replaced from outside in case of failure.
• Wireless bidirectional remote control with LCD to send price and get price change confirmation on remote screen.
• Distributed control architecture. Individual PCU has its own controller motherboard to control all its operations.

Brightness Control

• Industry’s first AI based intelligent brightness control. All PCU’s are equipped with independent brightness sensors and share their data with each other to achieve optimal brightness in any light condition.
• 9 levels of manual brightness control.

Communication

• Wireless RF based long range (300 meters) bidirectional remote control with LCD. Price can be typed in and sent to PCU wirelessly and confirmation of price change is received back on remote. No need to go near pylon sign and confirm price change.
• Optional manual override switch.
• Optional GSM based central price control station.
